Our mission is to drive Economic Development and Empowerment within Houston’s arts and entertainment industry while tackling the social challenges faced by at-risk communities. Through strategic collaborations with community leaders, business executives, and entertainment professionals, HEI is dedicated to creating new jobs, opportunities, and businesses that contribute to the vitality of the entertainment sector.
